Our Process

Don’t have a lot yet? No problem. We’ll help you find the perfect one through our network of off-market contacts and realtors.

We’ll introduce you to architects who fit your style and budget and we’ll be part of the design meetings to help align creative ideas with construction realities and cost implications. It’s all about making smart choices early.

Once the plans begin to take shape, we’ll put together an initial budget and offer cost-saving ideas that don’t compromise your vision.

With floor plans in hand, it’s time to dive into the details. We strongly encourage hiring an interior designer to help bring your vision to life - and we’re happy to introduce you to trusted pros. Together, we’ll finalize all your interior and exterior selections.

With selections locked in, we’ll finalize pricing and sign the build contract.

Now the fun really begins. You’ll be invited onsite for walkthroughs at major milestones: foundation, framing, pre-drywall, and finish-out, so you can stay connected to every step of the build.

Before you move in, we’ll do a full orientation to walk you through your home’s systems, features, and warranty benefits. Every home comes with a 1-2-10 StrucSure Home Warranty for added peace of mind.
